Patty started her career as a manager in the 1990s. Throughout her first career times, she led short films and movies. She rose to fame when she composed and directed at the 2003 crime drama movie Monster about serial killer Aileen Wuornos. In 2011 she led one section from the made-for-television anthology movie, Five years. In 2015, Jenkins signed as manager for its DC Extended Universe movie, Wonder Woman. The movie Wonder Woman expired in 2017 and also gave Jenkins the largest national opening of all time for a female manager. But she still didn’t win the award.
